Its realy easy, you press "M" for map, choose a point on the map and Right Click + Ctrl key and a "X" mark will apear on your map(you can put several mark's on the map, there is no limit you can fill the whole map if you wish), with right click on the "X" mark you can even rename it, or you have the option "Enter in Chat Window" so you can show other people the location you desire.

First you open quest window with the key "J" and press Right Click + Ctrl key and your quest will apear in chat window, if you wish you can instert more than 1 in the chat doing the same thing "Right Click + Ctrl" on your quest's.
